I only see clients 3 days a week, can I still use your services?

Absolutely, with advanced scheduling we would be more than happy to work with you.

What makes you different from other booking services?

What sets us apart from the rest is our years of experience and dedication to customer service. We understand the landscape and have spent years navigating it. This is our forte and we have spent almost two decades developing our business model.

How old must I be to use your services?

We require that you be at least 21 years of age in order utilize our services.

Do you offer packages for agencies?

Due to the additional volume of calls and emails which would distract us from our independent clients we DO NOT currently book for agencies.

I'm just getting started i'm not sure where to begin. Can you help?

Whether you're experienced and need your game plan fine tuned or just getting started and in need of a blueprint we can help you. We're well-versed in the intricacies of the fast paced and ever changing dynamics of this business. Our knowledge and experience will be one of your greatest assets.

Can I request references from other entertainers that have used your services?

Yes, we are more than happy to put you in touch with a few past and present entertainers that can attest to our professionalism. We are proud of our reputation for outstanding service and our ability in making a few important people prosperous.

Am I still independent if I use your services?

You are and will always be independent. You pay us a flat rate for our services and you can start and stop services whenever you like.

Can I choose what type of clients I'd like to see?

Absolutely, we work for you. Not the other way around. We customize our service to fit your needs and comfort level.

How will you keep me safe?

We use a multi-level platform of safety measures and security assets to insure your security. We are also aware of loopholes in the system and scams that can make usual screening unreliable. Our industry experience is valuable.

How soon can I start service?

As soon as we receive payment and you complete our "New Client Questionnaire" we can usually begin within 24 hours. Sometimes as soon as the same day. We can also agree on a specific start date to coordinate with your tour calendar.

How do I get started?

Feel free to contact us so we can begin assesing your needs and we'll let you know what we can do immediately to help you attain your goals as well as establishing a plan for the weeks and months to come. We can also offer you a consultation in what may and may not be working for you. We have the knowledge and ability to navigate the full spectrum of issues you're dealing with.

What are my payment options?

We have various payment options that are convenient and cost effective. Once we agree on the type of service you require we can discuss payment methods further.

Do you offer discounts for paying in advance?

Yes, we offer a discount when paying 1 month in advance or more. If you would like to utilize that option please let us know in advance. We DO NOT offer the multi-week discount option after payment has been made and service has already begun.

Can I pay for service at the end of my tour?

Unfortunately no. In order to guarantee your place in our schedule we must have payment up front.

What are your hours of service?

We are available to serve you and your clients needs from 9AM till 11PM. Monday-Friday. We also have packages that include weekend service

Is my personal information secure?

Yes. Our reputation exist on our ability to be discreet, keeping you safe and making you money. We take these things seriously with discretion and safety being of the utmost importance.

If I need to end service what should I do?

Just let us know the end date and we will happily provide you with any outstanding client records or information you may need. We do not offer refunds but will allow you to temporarily suspend service for up to 3 months. When you're ready to resume we will be here for you.
